Repetitive sequences on the HybridVCF (https://molossinus.brc.riken.jp/pub/MoGplus30data/HybridVCF/) of search strain were identified with RepeatMasker v4.1.5 (http://www.repeatmasker.org), with the option, -species Mus musculus.
