README

Supplemental data 1; Number distribution of the 100-kb blocks with high similarity (>99.85%) to MSM and JF1 were also found in comparison with the genomes of other classical inbred strains in the Sanger Institutefs dataset.

Supplemental data 2; Comparison of percent sequence similarity between MSM and JF1 between sanger 17. MSM and JF1 sequence was used for comparison with 500-kb windows and 100-kb sliding. Vertical line shows sequence similarity level and horizontal line shows genome location.

Supplemental data 3; Results of ANNOVAR annotation of MSM and JF1.
